| Height is generally hereditary and if your parents are all, you need not to worry about it since you would be getting enough height. On the other hand, if they are short, it would be difficult for you to gain height. Since you are twenty, there are also very less chances that you gain height by doing certain exercises such as pullups and dips.
About weight, you can certainly increase by getting healthy food and some natural pills that contain shilajit, ashwagandha, lasuna, aardrak and you shouuld increase the ghee (butter oil)intake. Increase dairy products in your diet regularly and have enough sleep. |

Do swimming,skipping,cycling.Height depends on your hereditary factors,diet,occupation etc.
